Gas Prices Spike: Is Flooding to Blame?
Experts say one of the ripple effects of all this rain and flooding is soaring gas prices. In some places they've jumped some 20-cents overnight. ABC NewsChannel 20's Adam Rife takes a look at how long we can expect to feel the pain at the pump.
